The original droid by Motorola was a huge success. It boasted a lot of mobile phone “firsts”. With Motorola’s history of piggybacking off of previous devices success (i.e. Motorola Razr which sparked a long succession line of similar phones) it’s no surprise the droid 3 was the next device. Form factory is slightly different from the previous but it’s still comprised of the QWERTY keyboard, large screen and a semi-bulky design.
